The red lacquered bobbin-shaped salt/pepper mill comes with both a salt and pepper stainless steel screw knob so that you can decide which one to use. The mill is made from solid Rubber wood, fully FSC certified and finished with 8 coats of high gloss lacquer that are polished between each coat. Using a ceramic mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to activate. Suitable for rock salt (dry salt crystals) and black peppercorns. Not to be used for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt or pink peppercorns. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. So not immerse in water. Do not leave in prolonged direct sunlight.
